It all began on January 1, 1998.
The Presbytery of Connecticut & Southern New York a regional church of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church begins. One of its goals is to do church planting in the most populous area of the United States – developing churches that are uncompromisingly committed to the historic Reformed faith as presented in the Westminster Confession of Faith and Larger Catechisms as adopted by the Orthodox Presbyterian Church

Since That Time…

  • Churches have been planted and particularized in Bohemia, Syosset, and Fresh Meadow (Queens), NY.
  • Interns have been trained and now serving as ministers various denominations  (two are currently serving as pastors of churches in former mission churches).
  • Hurricane Sandy relief work was coordinated throughout the area.
  • Call of a Regional Home Missionary (Pastor Bill Shishko) to begin his labors began in September 2016.
